By accessing or using LuxFundIQ (https://luxfundiq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

LuxFundIQ is a free educational platform providing interactive learning materials, scenario-based exercises, and an AI-assisted Q&A tool grounded in the Lux Investment Funds 2025 guide.
The platform is intended for educational and professional development purposes only. It does not constitute legal, investment, tax, regulatory, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account, in accordance with the GDPR age of digital consent under Luxembourg law. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow others to access the platform using your credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You must notify us immediately at privacy@luxfundiq.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the platform
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to interfere with platform operation
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Circumvent any authentication or access controls
- Use automated tools or bots to access the AI features beyond normal use
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including interface design, software, text, and original scenario materials — is owned by LuxFundIQ or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Lux Investment Funds 2025 guide is third-party source material used under applicable fair use / educational use principles. LuxFundIQ claims no ownership of that underlying regulatory text.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from LuxFundIQ content without express written permission.
7. AI-Generated Content
The platform uses OpenAI GPT-4o to generate explanations and answers. While the AI is instructed to cite source material and flag out-of-scope questions, AI responses may contain errors.
You should independently verify any regulatory information before relying on it for professional purposes. LuxFundIQ accepts no liability for decisions taken based on AI-generated content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is current or complete.
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, regulatory, investment, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for matters specific to your situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Luxembourg law, LuxFundIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed EUR 100.

The platform may contain links to external websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that breaches these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
