1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide information to site operators.

This policy explains how LuxFundIQ uses cookies in compliance with the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended by 2009/136/EC) and GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

2. Cookies We Use

LuxFundIQ uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies

All cookies we set are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform. Under the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent as they are essential to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.

These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the login and session functionality of the platform.

4. What We Do NOT Use

  • Google Analytics or any third-party analytics trackers
  • Facebook Pixel or other social media tracking
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Cross-site tracking technologies
  • Fingerprinting or device identification beyond session management

5. Managing Cookies

Since all our cookies are strictly necessary, removing them will end your authenticated session and require you to log in again.

You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data

Blocking all cookies in your browser may prevent you from accessing authenticated areas of LuxFundIQ.

6. Future Changes

If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future (for example, optional analytics), we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism before placing such cookies, in accordance with Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
